Every Pearific light is made to order with the utmost attention to detail. This means we begin crafting your piece as soon as you place your order.

Fulfilment Timeline
Please allow 1–3 weeks from the order date for production before your lamp is shipped. This timeframe ensures each design is produced to our highest standards.

Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across New Zealand and Australia—no minimums, no surprises.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your home.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pearific light, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, so we can recycle and reduce waste where possible

Refund Details
If your return meets the above conditions and is received within 30 days, we’ll refund the original purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed as soon as we’ve inspected and approved the return.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your lamp for another product, please get in touch, and we’ll guide you through the process.

After 30 Days
We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Simply send us an email at support@pearific.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item you’d like to return or exchange
  • A brief explanation (optional but helpful!)

We’ll respond with next steps, including return shipping details.

Important Notes

  • Custom orders or heavily modified pieces may not be eligible for return. If in doubt, please ask before ordering.
  • Pearific Lights is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
