Most of Pearific lamps are designed to be used with E27 LED light bulbs. We do not recommend using incandescent bulbs or any other type of bulb that generates heat, as this could damage the lamp. We cannot take responsibility for any issues that arise from using the wrong type of bulb.

To clean 3D printed Pearific products, wipe them down with a lightly damp cloth. You can use a small amount of soap for tougher marks. Ensure the lamp is unplugged before cleaning.

Pearific's standard lead time for each order is 1-3 weeks, as each lamp is made-to-order in our studio. If an order takes longer than 3 weeks, customers are encouraged to reach out to us.

Currently, Pearific only ships to New Zealand and Australia, but we hope to expand to other countries in the future.

Pearific has a 48-hour return policy for any issues with the received item. Customers should contact support@pearific.com with their order number, photos, and a description of the problem. We will examine the item and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate. We charge a $10 restocking fee for returns. At this time, we do not offer exchanges, only replacements for defective items.
